Brad is a proven performer with seasoned experience in policy making, business development, public relations, and data integrity. Prior to founding CrossChx, Brad served as a Venture Partner of OmniScience Technology Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in Baltimore, MD. Brad has been a senior executive of a nationally recognized financial services trade association after nearly a decade in the federal government and politics as a senior advisor to several members of the U.S. Congress. Brad holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Miami University.
